One of my deep desires is to grow a community of leaders in the Worship ministry. In the last few years God has blessed us with many people who take significant leadership roles during our worship times. FC has become incredibly receptive to many different leaders. We are so pumped that God has done this. My next endeavor is to grow a community of people who have the gift of hearing from God, constructing service plans, and working with the planning team. These folks may or may not lead during service. This is an awesome journey because I love and trust these folks. I want them to grow in their gift God has given them. As this happens FC will only become stronger!!
